Celestial Pillar is an elegant form uniquely designed to boost and strengthen your Zheng (Upright yang) Qi. This qi is formed from a mixture of healthy qi from your breath, nutrition, and yuan qi or origonal qi (given to you by both your parents and the miracle of creation). We need this yang qi to animate us and bring us to life! When yang qi begins to fade, over the years, due to everyday choices, the accumulation of stress and simply living our modern fast paced lives, we have the potential for illness to set it. When our Yang qi is totally depleted, our life comes to an end and we pass on. This amazing form has the capacity, when practiced regularly, to help regulate our upright qi, to boost our core energy and livelihood, to slow dis-ease processes, and to seemingly age us backward!!! You are warmly invited to this unique weekend retreat, where we will rebuild and enrich our uprightness, encourage our deeper capacities, and reignite our divine energy and essential nature!

We will take a short 45 mins each week to practice qigong together. This weekly practice group will utilize all of the aspects of qigong practice at a foundational level for our self healing processes. Each week, we will incorperate one or more of these components, including movement, meditation, sound, mudra, imagery and breath exercises.
