
We will take a short 45 mins each week to practice qigong together. This weekly practice group will utilize all of the aspects of qigong practice at a foundational level for our self healing processes. Each week, we will incorperate one or more of these components, including movement, meditation, sound, mudra, imagery and breath exercises.
